Policy HOU6 - Housing mix for apartment developments
For single apartment developments, a mix of house types is not required; instead, housing mix is considered acceptable through greater variety in unit sizes.
The requirement for a mix of house types will not apply to single apartment developments. In such cases the housing mix will be considered acceptable through greater variety in the size of units.
