Housing variety in single typology developments
Where a development consists of a single unit typology such as a single apartment block, the Council expects greater variety in the size of units provided.
As noted in Policy HOU6 (see Section 4.5 below), where a development is delivering a single unit typology, such as a single block of apartments, the Council will expect greater variety in terms of the size of units.
