Policy HOU6 - Housing mix
Housing mix must be negotiated case-by-case considering housing need analysis, site location and size, development characteristics, and creation of balanced sustainable communities.
The exact mix of house types and sizes will be negotiated with developers on a case by case basis, taking account of:
a. Up to date analysis of prevailing housing need in the area;
b. The location and size of site;
c. Specific characteristics of the development; and
d. The creation of balanced and sustainable communities.
