District-wide Housing Mix Monitoring
The Council monitors overall housing delivery across the District to ensure provision meets identified housing need. Adjustments to individual scheme mixes may be required where monitoring shows undersupply of certain unit types.
The Council will monitor overall delivery across the District as a whole to ensure that provision will meet the overall housing need over the full plan period. Adjustments may therefore be necessary on a case by case basis, particularly where monitoring indicates an undersupply of certain unit typologies and a site is well suited to help meet such a need.
