Purpose of Appendix B guidance
This appendix provides detailed Council guidance for considering extensions and alterations to dwelling houses and flats, including those in multiple occupancy, domestic garages, and outbuildings.
The purpose of this Appendix is to set out the Council's detailed guidance to provide a consistent basis against which to consider an extension and/or alteration to a dwelling house or flat, including those in multiple occupancy and any proposal for a domestic garage or an outbuilding.
