Policy HOU5 – Affordable Housing
Planning permission for residential development on sites greater than 0.1 hectares and/or containing 5 or more dwelling units requires a minimum of 20% of units to be provided as affordable housing. Artificial division of larger sites to avoid this requirement is prohibited.
