Green and Blue Infrastructure Improvements Indicator (Indicator 27)

Measures the percentage of major planning permissions that secure Green and Blue Infrastructure improvements through planning agreements. The target is 75% of major permissions, with a trigger if fewer than 50% provide such improvements.
