Monitoring Indicator 21: Approved and Completed Office Floorspace
This indicator tracks office floorspace approvals with varying size thresholds depending on location: 400m² outside the city centre, 200m² in Queens Office Area for Use Class B1(a) and A2, and 400m² in district and local centres for Use Class B1(a) and A2.
Amount of approved and completed office floorspace. Planning decisions (BCC) via Employment Monitor. Relevant Policy: EC6. Targets: None over 400m² outside of the city centre; None over 200m² within Queens Office Area for Use Class B1 (a) and A2; None over 400m² within district and local centres for Use Class B1 (a) and A2. Triggers: 1 or more planning approvals exceeding 400m² outside of the City Centre; 1 or more planning approvals exceeding 200m²; 1 or more planning approvals exceeding 400m²
