Monitoring Indicator 20: Zoned Employment Land Loss
This indicator monitors the quantity of zoned employment land to ensure it is not lost to non-employment uses. The trigger is activated if more than 10% of overall employment land is approved for non-employment related use.
Quantity of zoned employment land. Planning decisions (BCC) via Employment Monitor. Relevant Policy: EC4. Target: No zoned employment land lost to non-employment uses. Trigger: More than 10% of the overall quantum of employment land approved for non-employment related use on zoned employment land.
