Plan Performance Monitoring Framework
The Council will monitor the LDP's effectiveness by assessing how well its policies deliver the Plan's Vision and Objectives, as required by SPPS guidance.
Furthermore, the SPPS (DoE, 2015) indicates that Councils must keep under review the implementation of their plans and report annually to the Department on whether the Objectives in the LDP are being achieved. The Council will therefore measure the performance of the LDP by assessing how effective its policies are in delivering the Plan's Vision and Objectives.
