Policy DC11 – Agriculture: Eligibility and Holding Requirements
Planning permission for agricultural or forestry development will be granted where the holding has been active and established for a minimum of 6 years, and the development is demonstrated to be necessary for the efficient use of the holding or enterprise.
Planning permission will be granted for development proposals on an active and established (for a minimum of 6 years) agricultural or forestry holding where it is demonstrated that it is necessary for the efficient use of the agricultural holding or forestry enterprise.
