Coastal Resource Conservation and Enhancement
All development should consider how it conserves and enhances the coastal resource including nature conservation and amenity value. Proposals must address environmental change including rising sea levels and flood risk with appropriate measures demonstrated.
Irrespective of any designations, all development should consider how it can conserve and enhance the coastal resource, including in terms of nature conservation and amenity value. In addition, all proposals must consider the potential implications of environmental change, including rising sea levels and flood risk, and demonstrate appropriate measures to address these issues.
