A statement of sustainability may be required to demonstrate how the proposal has considered sustainable patterns of development and sustainable design, with supplementary planning guidance to follow.
A statement of sustainability may be required to demonstrate how the proposal has considered sustainable patterns of development and sustainable design. Supplementary planning guidance will be published on these matters, including best practice in the sustainable design of buildings and spaces.
