Water environment protection

All development must consider potential impacts on water quality including coastal, transitional, and inland waters, and must not prejudice River Basin Management Plan objectives.

All development must have regard to the potential impacts on the quality of the water environment, including coastal and transitional waters, rivers, lakes, reservoirs and groundwater. In addition, all development must not prejudice the protection and improvement objectives of the River Basin Management Plan.
