Access Exceptions - Replacement Dwellings
A replacement dwelling may be granted access onto a protected route where it meets development criteria and an existing vehicular access to the protected route is available.
A replacement dwelling – where a building to be replaced would meet the criteria for development set out in policy DC3 and there is an existing vehicular access onto the protected route.
