Developer contributions for transport infrastructure
Developers must pay for additional transport infrastructure and facilities needed by their development, with contributions focused on improving accessibility by all modes, particularly public transport, walking, and cycling.
Developers will be required to bear the costs of additional transport infrastructure and associated facilities necessitated by their proposed development. Contributions from developers will be based around securing improved accessibility to sites by all modes, with the emphasis on maximising access by public transport, walking and cycling.
