Environmental information requirements for planning applications
Sufficient information must be submitted with planning applications to enable environmental impact assessment; the amount required depends on the nature, scale, and location of the proposal.
Sufficient information should be submitted with a planning application to allow the council to make an assessment of the potential environmental impact of the proposal. The amount of information required will depend upon the nature, scale and location of the proposal.
