Additional information requirements for waste management proposals
The council may request applicants to supply additional information as necessary for proper determination of planning applications for waste management facilities.
Where appropriate the council will use its powers contained in the Planning (General Development) Order 1993 to request applicants to supply such additional information as is considered necessary to allow proper determination of planning applications.
