Overnight visitor accommodation - operational restrictions and design standards
Overnight accommodation developments must achieve high standards of accessible and inclusive design. Night clubs and other facilities in overnight visitor accommodation must have restrictions imposed on their operation to prevent nuisance to neighbours.
Overnight accommodation developments should achieve the highest standards of accessible and inclusive design to accommodate a diverse mix of tourist to the city, and demonstrate the council's aspirations to be a welcoming place to visit.
