Opening bars/pubs on Primary Retail Frontage
Bars or pubs may be opened on the Primary Retail Frontage only when non-retail uses exist on each side of the proposed premises, to prevent breaking up continuous shopping frontages.
The opening of a bar/pub on the PRF shall be considered only in circumstances where a non-retail use exists on each side of the proposed premises, so as not to break up a continuous shopping frontage.
