Retail development accessibility and connections requirements
Retail development must be easily accessible by foot and create linkages and connections to improve accessibility, in addition to meeting all other policy requirements relating to traffic, parking, and residential amenity protection.
It would be easily accessible by foot, creates linkages and connections to improve accessibility. Proposals for retail development will be subject to meeting all other policy requirements, particularly those relating to traffic parking and protecting residential amenity.
