Demonstrating suitability, availability and viability of alternative sites
Where no sequentially preferable sites exist, applicants must demonstrate why such sites are not practical alternatives by addressing their availability, suitability and viability.
Where it is argued that no other sequentially preferable sites are appropriate, the applicant must demonstrate why such sites are not practical alternatives in terms of their "availability, suitability and viability".
