Extensions to existing industrial and storage/distribution buildings
The council will permit extensions to existing buildings that are subordinate in scale and meet normal planning criteria to facilitate business expansion and economic growth.
It is accepted that existing established businesses may need to expand over time. In order to facilitate this and help drive the economy a degree of flexibility is required. The council will permit extensions to existing buildings which are subordinate in scale and meet normal planning criteria.
