Employment land supply for industrial and storage/distribution uses
The council will ensure an ample supply of employment land is available across Belfast in a range of suitable sites to meet future demands of industrial and storage and distribution enterprises over the plan period.
The council will ensure through its employment land policy that an ample supply of land is available for economic development purposes in a wide range of suitable sites across Belfast to meet the future demands of industrial and storage and distribution enterprises over the plan period.
