Policy EC5 – Extensions to existing industrial and storage businesses
Extensions to established industrial and storage and distribution businesses are permitted if they are subordinate in scale and size to the existing building(s) and comply with normal planning considerations.
Extensions to existing established industrial and storage and distribution businesses shall be permitted provided:
a. It is subordinate in scale and size to the existing building(s); and
b. It complies with normal planning considerations.
