Facade retention and interior reconstruction of listed buildings
Preserving only the facade while gutting and reconstructing the interior is rarely acceptable for listed building reuse and will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances.
The preservation of facades alone and the gutting and reconstruction of interiors, is rarely an acceptable approach to the re-use of listed buildings and will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances.
