Marine Area Development in Belfast Lough
Any development proposal affecting the marine area of Belfast Lough must accord with the UK Marine Policy Statement and the Draft Marine Plan for Northern Ireland once adopted, unless relevant considerations indicate otherwise.
In addition any development proposal which affects or might affect the whole or any part of the marine area of Belfast Lough must accord with the provisions of the UK Marine Policy Statement and the Draft Marine Plan for Northern Ireland once adopted unless relevant considerations indicate otherwise.
