Hard materials and car parking in residential environment
Residential developments should minimise excessive use of hard materials and ensure car parking does not dominate the residential environment. Car parking within the built fabric of apartment buildings is only acceptable where it does not result in negative impacts.
Residential developments should not comprise excessive use of hard materials.
