Advertisements and signs fixed to buildings must respect and maintain the character, scale, and architectural form of the existing property and surroundings. Well-designed advertisements can contribute positively to an area's character.
Advertisements and signs fixed onto buildings should respect and maintain the character, scale and architectural form and detailing of the existing property and its surroundings. A well designed and sensitively appropriate advertisement can contribute positively to the character and appearance of an area.
