Intensive Housing Nodes Designation
Intensive housing nodes will be designated in the local policies plan, with current application to existing HMO nodes in Belfast City Council area as outlined in designation HMO 4 of the 2015 HMOs subject plan.
The intensive housing nodes will be designated within the local policies plan. In advance of this, this policy will be applied to the existing HMO nodes outlined within designation HMO 4 of HMOs subject plan for Belfast City Council area 2015.
