Housing Supply Delivery Schedule

Sets out the projected delivery of housing units across Belfast city and small settlements from 2020-2035, with annual average delivery rates ranging from 1,100-1,300 units per year in the first phase to 2,700-2,900 units per year in the final phase, totalling 31,660 units across the plan period.
