DM 47.2 - Drainage Assessment Requirements
A proportionate Drainage Assessment must accompany planning applications for development in areas with a history of surface water flooding or identified potential for surface water flooding.
A DA proportionate to the development proposed must accompany planning applications in the following circumstances:
(a) Development proposed in an area where there is evidence of a history of surface water flooding;
(b) Development proposed in an area identified as having potential for surface water flooding;
