Belfast Harbour Area - Economic Diversification
The harbour estate has diversified into clean-tech and high-tech sectors through the Science Park and North Foreshore, and Titanic Quarter has introduced mixed-use development including offices, apartments, retail, and education facilities.
The area has also begun to adapt to the changing economic climate, diversifying through the Science Park and North Foreshore developments offering employment in clean-tech and high-tech sectors. The regeneration of Titanic Quarter has also helped establish the harbour estate as a major tourist destination and has introduced a more diverse range of uses, including office accommodation, apartments, retail, and education facilities.
