DM 47.1 - Drainage Consideration Requirement
All development proposals must consider drainage issues from the preliminary site assessment stage onwards as schemes develop.
Consideration of drainage issues is a requirement for all development proposals. This consideration should be initiated as part of any preliminary site assessment and should progressively inform the generation of schemes as they develop.
