Belfast City Centre serves a significant regional economic role with a wide catchment area. It has developed as a major retail destination with strong office, retail, entertainment and tourism sectors supported by committed investment.
The city centre plays a significant role in the regional economy serving a wide catchment area beyond its plan area boundary.
