Policy SP3 – Improving health and wellbeing
The council will support development that improves health and wellbeing outcomes, and will not permit development that causes significant harm to life, human health or wellbeing.
The council will support development that maximises opportunities to improve health and wellbeing. Development will not be permitted where it will result in significant harm to life, human health or wellbeing.
