Green Infrastructure Network Development
The LDP aims to develop an integrated green infrastructure network including parks, corridors, and open spaces to support biodiversity, physical activity, and improve connectivity between neighbourhoods and services.
The LDP will seek to develop an integrated and multi-functional green infrastructure network of high quality open spaces, parks, and corridors; (e.g. river valleys, loughs, wetlands and woodlands) to support biodiversity, encourage physical activity and improve links between the neighbourhoods, facilities, services, employment and the city centre.
