Scope of circulation provisions
This section covers access within common areas of blocks of dwellings (such as flats) and addresses both horizontal and vertical circulation routes including entrance halls, corridors, lobbies, stairs and lifts.
This Section deals with access within the common areas of a block of dwellings e.g. flats, and contains provisions for horizontal and vertical circulation. Common areas are the circulation routes used by the occupants of the dwellings and includes the entrance halls, corridors, lobbies, stairs and lifts.
