General provisions for access to dwellings

Reasonable provision for access must be made from the common entrance to the principal entrance of each dwelling in a block so that people with disabilities may visit occupants on any storey.

Reasonable provision for access should be made from the common entrance of the block of dwellings to the principal entrance of each dwelling so that a person with a disability may visit occupants who live on any storey of a block of dwellings.
