Accessible routes - approach and entrance
Buildings and dwellings must be designed to provide accessible routes from the site boundary to all main entrances, accessible entrances, and to accessible facilities within or attached to the building.
Every building shall be designed and constructed in such a way that there is provided:
(a) an accessible route from the site boundary to at least one main entrance to the building and to any accessible entrance; and
(b) an accessible route within the building (or where this is not practicable, between the building and detached accessible facilities) to each storey.
