Waste and Recycling Storage Provision
New developments must provide adequate, suitably located and well-designed space for storing bins for waste and recycling within the development layout.
The Council will require the provision of adequate space that is suitably located and well designed, within the layout of new developments to accommodate the storage of bins for waste and recycling, (see also Policy DM 25).
