Changing facilities associated with shower facilities
Wheelchair accessible changing facilities associated with showers must have a floor surface that reduces slipping risk and a fixed storage system for limb storage to benefit amputees.
A wheelchair accessible changing facility should, where it is associated with a shower facility, have –
(a) a floor with a surface that reduces the risk of slipping; and
(b) a fixed storage system for limb storage, for the benefit of amputees.
