Changing facilities not associated with showers
Where changing facilities are provided for general use without showering facilities (such as in clothes shops), at least one individual wheelchair accessible changing room must be provided.
Where changing facilities are provided for general use and are not associated with showering facilities (e.g. in a clothes shop), not less than one individual wheelchair accessible changing room should be provided.
