Access routes and parking for non-domestic buildings
Section 2 guidance ensures suitable and convenient means of access to buildings from the boundary and car parking, including provisions for uncontrolled carriageway crossings and hazard avoidance on access routes.
The guidance in Section 2 is to ensure a suitable and convenient means of access to a building for people from the boundary and from car parking provided on site.
Provisions are also given for uncontrolled carriageway crossings and avoiding hazards on access routes.
