Wind Turbine Visibility and Landscape Absorption
While wind turbines are inherently visible structures, the Council recognises they should not be automatically precluded from the landscape; acceptance depends on the landscape's ability to limit visibility.
Whilst wind turbines are, by their nature, highly visible, the Council recognises that this should not preclude them from the Borough's landscape. The landscape's ability to absorb development will depend on its ability to limit visibility.
