Fixed bath hot water temperature limit
Hot water supplied to any fixed bath must be designed and installed to ensure the water temperature does not exceed 48°C.
The hot water supply to any fixed bath shall be so designed and installed as to incorporate measures to ensure that the temperature of water that can be delivered to that bath does not exceed 48 oC.
