Common access point for multi-dwelling buildings

Multi-dwelling buildings must be equipped with a common access point from which in-building physical infrastructure can serve all dwellings within the building.

The guidance in Section 2 is also concerned with ensuring that multi-dwelling buildings are equipped with a common access point from which the in-building physical infrastructure is capable of serving all the dwellings within the building.
