In-building physical infrastructure performance requirement
Buildings must be designed and constructed to facilitate future installation of high-speed electronic communications networks up to each network termination point for each unit within the building, meeting regulation 77B in Part M.
It is the view of the Department that the requirements of regulation 77B in Part M will be met, when a building is suitably designed and constructed to facilitate the future installation of high-speed electronic communications networks up to each network termination point for each unit within a building.
