This Order implements requirements of Directive 2002/22/EC relating to universal service and user rights for electronic communications networks and services.
The Electronic Communications (Universal Services) Order 2003 implements requirements of Directive 2002/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 07 March 2002 on universal service and userʼs rights relating to electronic communications networks and services.
