Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations
The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 contain requirements affecting building design, most of which are now covered by Building Regulations. Further information is available in the HSE Approved Code of Practice and guidance.
The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 (the Workplace Regulations) contain some requirements which affect building design.
